Here at Mumfy's Models, we care about your item's safety as much as you do. With this in mind, every item is carefully wrapped to ensure that it arrives with you in the same condition that it leaves us.

Our shipping costs are a reflection of the extra care taken to ensure that there are no damaged items when you get them, because as we all know, no-one likes to open a parcel and find the item inside damaged.

Any items purchased for Delivery will be sent by Royal Mail or by Yodel.

For orders placed before 10am (GMT) Monday - Saturday we will pack and ship them the same day where possible. This is not guaranteed but will be our aim.
Any items ordered after 10am (GMT) will be packaged and shipped the following day, or if ordered on a Saturday they will be posted on Monday.

UK Postage:

Due to the increase in demand for First and Second class postage, we have extended our offering to include First Class, Second Class, Tracked 48 and Tracked 24 services from Royal Mail. We have now also included the option for delivery by Yodel.

Our Free delivery on all orders over £100 continues.

International Postage:

We have now added international postage rates for most of Europe and many Worldwide destinations.

• Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days
• Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days

Any items posted outside of the UK may require the recipient to pay import taxes or duties prior to receiving their goods. Any Import taxes/duties that are due, are required to be paid by the customer. Mumfy's Models accepting no liability for items returned due to unpaid import taxes or duties.
